It is an undeniable fact that almost all the people in the world nowadays have a serious problem according to the fact that they are getting fat. This has several reasons like unhealthy food, non active lifestyle and so on. Although I have sedentary lifestyle too and spend much of my time being inactive, I do a lot of things to keep fit.

First, I try to find time to visit gym two or three times a week.

I do a lot of exercises here and this helps me a lot. Except of keeping me at form, this is very helpful to give up the stress accumulated in my mind. I enjoy my time here, as I always meet a lot of like minded people and socialize with them.

Second, I try to avoid eating at food stands. I understand the benefits of eating home-made meal. I always commute back to home at my lunchtime and enjoy my mum’s cooking. Also, I can cook myself too. I tried to cook several times and everybody has enjoyed it and this added confidence in my cook abilities.

Finally, I always go to have a walk in evenings with my friends if I have any time. This is very healthy as a little walk in the park always helps me to relax and have a good sleep at night. Sleep is an important attribute to have a good mood along the day.

So, I think that we are responsible for our own health and must always think about it carefully. People never understand the importance of having a healthier life unless they lose it.
