On February 8th, 2013 a very outspoken public figure delivered an influential lecture. A man by the name of Mr.Phillips who had talked about the challenges that the world of today is now facing. He also examined the respect for human diversity, gender, ethnicity and faith.

Bob McLean was remembered for his huge contribution in Scotland. Not only, that but that bob participated in many debates on cultures, identity and handling politics for more than a year. Mclean interest were to focus on politics culture and art. Multi-Culturalism is a body of thought and collected to with naturalism. In addition, multiculturalism is based on the liberal values of equality. The conflict is relevant to the course material that we have been learning in class because in talks about culture a lot and from what I’ve learned in class understanding human diversity seems to be very normal. After reading the article I came to complete understanding that ethnicity is a very important factor and that it can go a long way. While researching the topics and reading several articles including the one that I happen to be reading now I have also learned that Multi – culturalism is deeper then diversity it focuses on understanding the unequal society. Diversity focuses on set polices that have been given by the government. If you was to ask me what is my opinion on Human Diversity I would say that there should be no conflict between human diversity and gender. Everyone should be accepted by cultural differences and just understand that just because we are all different it doesn’t mean that we don’t perceive and think about the world in the...
