Team Ground Rules and Guidelines

What are the general expectations for all members of the team?

These are some general guidelines I consider to be fair and detailed if all members agree or think I may have missed a topic feel free to add or make comments

Sarah-

• All members of the team are required to participate in discussion as well as content of completed assignments, and submit responses in a timely manner.

• If a team member is struggling with a task, he or she will ask another team member for help prior to the deadline so that assistance can be provided before impacting the deliverable.

• Team Leader will keep individuals on track for assignments, and establish deliverables/deadlines at the start of each week.

• Teammates should work together to create a timeline for each assignment due, agreed feasible by all members and ensuring ample time to complete tasks.

• If a member does not communicate or provide their assigned portion of any task by group deadlines, the group will immediately re-delegate the portion of the assignment to another member. (This will...
