A Brand Called You

There are many qualities and traits about myself that easily promote my brand called Amber. I possess many valuable skills employers are looking for every day. I portray skills that make me special, unique, and worth hiring. I can describe what makes me special using fifteen words. My high morals and work ethic, combined with leadership skills, makes me a valuable employee.

I am leadership oriented, resilient, ambitious, positive, decisive, and competitive in the work force. Any one of these traits prove to be of great value to a company, however, none is the one I’m most proud of. My high morals is what sets me apart from so many in the world today and therefore is my best and proudest quality. Having high morals will lead to consumers, employees, and investors being willing and eager to deal with my company. It will ease their mind to know I will not cut corners just to meet a deadline or complete a task.

With any company that I have ever worked for, my willingness to go above and beyond my job description has always been recognized and valued. I am a great problem solver and have saved previous employer’s time and money by resolving situations on my own without having to shut down production to get assistance from a supervisor. I also assist others if they need help and constantly look for things to do if my job is complete. This saves the company money by speeding up production and allowing employees to finish quicker. If I can help one or two people take an hour off their job and finish early, it will benefit the company by cutting down on the hourly wages it is paying out.

Almost every fellow employee of mine would probably all say the same thing about me. I have a very strong work ethic. I demonstrate integrity, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and emphasize on the quality of my work. My high moral standards reflect every aspect of my job. I am always busy...
