Nowadays, social media plays a big role in our life as ways we use to connect with others who may have different culture any time and place. Apart from using in our daily life for ease of communication, it can be used in other different purposes, for example, updating ourselves with new information, advertising and expressing our feeling. In the past, people might not be aware of how they could use social network in their businesses; they still got sticked with such old-fashioned ideas such as promoting their product by direct sales, advertising by fliers and broadcasting. As time goes by, people started to recognise about social network when it becomes more important, some businessmen noticed they could use it as a platform for them to do marketing and create customer relationship.

Since there are already many millions of users of social network in every channel, it is a great opportunity to use this available source for business purposes. Moreover than that, social network also provides some special features which will be useful to analyse and do market researches; for example, like buttons in Facebook and Instagram can reflect about what kind of things people are interested in nowadays, what people on Facebook share will also let ones know what talk of the towns are.

Social media has become an important part in most of businesses as it is one of tools to make lots of things easier; it has made a big change to ways we do business.

As mentioned above, social media is a new channel to represent business brands to other people since it is easy to access by people all over the world.
