According to Engr. Rufino, if he’s in the situation of Mr. Mallari, the courses that might suit for his sons are ECE (Electronics Communication Engineering), Accountancy and Business Administration. Where in this courses, it’s the best way to help their father in building business to their community and to provide customer needs and exceeds their satisfaction. For the sake of the family business, Mr. Mallari’ sons must do agree to cooperate their father’s decision to their future and willingness to participate their father’s idea and should take into account even the smallest detail in his business. And that will display the same way his friend, Mr. Chan did to his business. And if they agree, Mr. Mallari should pick the best course that would fit the personality and interest of his sons that at some point, they will learn to love it. If at least one of them will disagree, he should at least respect his son’s decision.

On the other hand, Engr. Ignacio said the same thing. That Mr. Mallari’s sons should take up ECE (Electronics Communication Engineering), Accountancy and Business Administration because his sons have potentials. He said that Mr. Mallari should asked his children first, to help him to make their business grow more by taking the courses that he thinks can help their business in the near future.

Conclusion
