Were the freshest produced packed for the client or are the produce starting to brown and sour? Finally, are you capable of meeting the promised delivery times? If a customer is expecting an order at 1:00pm and the order shows up at 3:00pm – what are the chances the customer will order again? All of these need to be reviewed to ensure a successful business launch.
