In order to create a grocery store via the Internet, you should review some key factors that would be required for the business to succeed. Some factors that should be reviewed prior to selecting your grocery store partner include items like reviewing the current delivery system, none would be ideal. Also, we must ensure we select an area where customers don’t have a lot of time or families with children who just don’t have the time to go grocery shopping but can afford the extra charge for the delivery.

Some of the competitive advantages are cost importance, quality importance and delivery time importance. Are potential customers going to be able to afford paying a little more for the product to be delivered to them? Is the delivery charge worth less than their time? Can we save them money on the order with any particular grocery stores? How about the quality of the product? Were the items delivered damaged or broken during deliver? Were the freshest produced packed for the client or are the produce starting to brown and sour? Finally, are you capable of meeting the promised delivery times? If a customer is expecting an order at 1:00pm and the order shows up at 3:00pm – what are the chances the customer will order again? All of these need to be reviewed to ensure a successful business launch.

In smaller projects, it is quite possible to have multiple critical paths. This means, a delay in any of the tasks on the critical path will cause a delay of project completion. With larger projects, you are less likely to encounter multiple critical paths. In the case you encounter multiple critical paths; we have to check the dependent activities. The critical path will follow the path in a network diagram with the longest overall duration. So ideally, there should only be on true critical path on a large project.
