Problem Statement

There is a large problem developing in youth ministries across the United States. Youth attendees are few and far between, and the passion for being a part of a youth group in middle school and high school students seems to be at an all-time low. “LifeWay Research data shows that about 70% of young adults who indicated they attended church regularly for at least one year in high school do, in fact, drop out” (Stezer) Why are youth ministries struggling to get kids through the doors in their ministry and what causes the students to leave?
