2. Which of Patagonia’s practices or programs is most beneficial to the company? It’s Stakeholders? To society? How can you be sure?

Throughout the Patagonia company, there a lot of values that were set to be met. However, those values don’t really mean anything if the managers and employees see eye to eye on all those values and truly believe in the same things. Ensuring positive attitude within the company as a whole guarantees successful outcomes and higher productivity.
