Once an organization has a perfect system in place, the relationship of its customers and suppliers would become constant and mutual. Its very important that an organization learns the needs, likes and dislikes of its internal and external customers as well as suppliers. The ability to be able to meet all customer needs should be mandatory and top priority. The organizations system should be design t improve quality, value, needs and concerns of each customer. This system should be design to hear customers and suppliers concerns if necessary, and be able to address each need accordingly. Once the organization is producing all the right products, good services, great value and service, the suppliers and customers would be happy and there is possible room for expansion. This system is design to establish exactly what customers and suppliers need and what they are trying to accomplish. Focusing on the quality of the organization’s products, its suppliers and customers would actually reduce cost and improve productivity and develop a relationship between its customers and suppliers.
