Defining the Project Scope
District 4 production Warehouse Move Project
Project Objective
To move Trillo Apparel Company District 4 Warehouse production facility headquartered in the East of Albuquerque, New Mexico to their new Warehouse 10 miles away. The actual move must be completed within five days and least disturbance possible for their production activities. All delays concerning the production facility move will cost the organization a minimum of $50k a day. All contractors for this project have been scheduled in advance and each contractor will obtain their own permits with the city and country for this project. The new facility is empty and accessible at any time.

* A completed renovated warehouse ready to move-in for the District’s operational needs and move current production facility ten miles to new warehouse, with total cost not to exceed $777,000.

* Framing – East Side Framing & Drywall | 121k
