Delivery

Delivery is another service that companies use to get ahead of the competition. If a pizza restaurant such as a few local pizza stores will not deliver your hot pizza with other items, then another pizza place will be glad to give you that service. Delivery is a service that is relatively easy to add to a business, but has a huge impact on the customer loyalty. The people without cars or that cannot pick up the materials themselves can have them delivered to their door without lifting anything but the phone. Any business that delivers their product to their customers is that much of a better service company than their competitor is.

As I looked over the business plan I noticed some great strengths of Little Caesars have for their business. The marketing techniques to reach their customers including: local newspapers with an introductory coupon, hosting special events, a business website with online offers, delivery and cooperation with other local businesses for creating product combination offers. The operations management plan is small, simple, and appropriate for the size of the operation. The distribution channels for these restaurants are excellent. Someone from Little Caesars will directly participate in the operation of the establishment and vow to treat all employees well. The organizational structure of the business follows the example of other successful Little Caesars. The business plan shows sufficient capital in reserve to start and operate for the many years.
