Being an elementary school teacher is the best job in the world!

All jobs have many different positive and negative factors that go with them. People all have his/her own view on what would ideally be their dream job or what is something they would love doing. Every person has a different personality and different interests, so it results in having different “dream jobs.” Being an elementary school teacher is the best job in the world!

The number one reason being an elementary school teacher is the best job is because it is making a difference. By being a role model to children to look up to, teachers are making a huge difference in their students lives. He/she is not only teaching them, but loving, supporting, and being someone for the students to go to. For example, some children do not have the best support system at home and their teacher is someone for them to talk to and look up to and it makes a huge difference in their lives. Also, the teacher is not only changing the children’s lives, but the future. The children they are teaching right now are going to be the children that are taking care of them when they are older and they will be the ones teaching and being apart of their kids generation.

Being a teacher is also a very convenient job because of the hours and schedule. The teachers go to school at a decent hour in the morning and they get home before dinner time. They can choose how early they go in before school actually starts and how late they want to stay after. It is all a matter of if they get all the work they need done. This is very convenient, especially if they have kids of their own. They have time to get things done around the house, take children to sports, make dinner, do some extra work, and just have some relaxing time. The teachers also have time to their family. If they have kids or a husband/wife they will be home to help with dinner, homework, practices, work and...
