Okay I’m just going to add in somethings that I found out about the Houston Children Charity first off this charity has been around form more than 19 years they have sponsor that sponsor them threw out the year such as BMW, academy sports, HEB, and Bud light just to name a few of charity’s that have contributed to HCC. We need to write to sponsors such as BMW and explain to them that we are having a fundraiser and that we would like them to sponsor are fund raiser we need to also explain to them and get their approval to where their logo on are shirt so that also gives them credit for sponsoring our fundraiser. I was also thinking that I pretty sure that everyone has a DeVry shirt at home that we can wear on the day that we give or speech to make it as DeVry is also sponsoring our nonprofit event. Create a contract that details all the deliverables and lays out exactly where the sponsor can anticipate visibility. Always deliver what you’ve promised. If you agreed that your sponsor’s logo would be front and center on a billboard, make sure it’s there. Treat the sponsor like an ad agency treats its prized client. Nurture and build the relationship. Since 1996 HCC Has help over 300 plus agencies that needed assistance throughout the Houston area. Through our “Chariots for Children,” provide special purpose vehicles used to deliver mobility freedom not otherwise available. This program is dedicated to providing specifically designed handicapped accessible vans to families and equipped transportation to organizations with a similar mission. Including our 2015 van recipients, HCC has awarded 89 passenger vans, 28 handicapped accessible vehicles, 3 box trucks, 1 car and 2 vehicle modifications to 93 agencies and 28 individual families Since 1997, HCC has awarded 88 passenger vans, 18 handicapped accessible vehicles, 3 box trucks, 1 car and 2 vehicle modifications to 92 agencies and 18 individual families, at a cost of $2,723,218. They have help a lot of families in need....
