1. Jacob recalculated the TAA operating revenue output. The total value added went up from $40 M to $50M

a. Software, equipment are both put in wholesale so they have less of a direct effect.

b. Furniture and machinery are assumed to be shipped into Tucson.

c. Next Steps: We will discuss with their finance analysts what percentage of machinery is local or shipped into Tucson.

2. IMPLAN makes regional purchases coefficient, uses trade flows to see what is purchased locally.

3. The labor income, total value added and output are the same now, but when we input visitor spending by sector (restaurants, hotels), we will get different.

4. We will report separately the TAA, visitor spending and the tenants in the final report.

5. We had a discussion about how to make sure visitor spending is not double counted. Money visitors spend in the airport will be counted in the tenants revenue, so we have to take out a percentage.

6. We talked about the one survey response, Real Air with John Hayes. They did not send payroll or employees and we need to follow up with them.
