Mission Statement
Bright Star Airlines mission and vision is simple, to bring humanity back to air travel. It is our mission to serve clients with the excellent service and provide high standards that surpass the competition. Bright Star Airways wants to give their customers low fares and wonderful customer service. With the fleet Bright Star Airways will offer their customers two different categories. Mainline which has nine different planes and express which has nine also, and will notify customers of any delays on the customer’s flights. Bright Star Airways focuses all on the customer’s needs and satisfaction for any transaction.
The Vision
Based on Bright Star Airway’s mission statement, it reflects the importance of employees and customers and understands that diversity is vital in today’s society. Whether Bright Star Airways offers the lowest fares or notifying customers of known delays, cancellations and diversions, Bright Star Airways is there to assist and provide satisfaction for every transaction. The vision statement for our organization that will demonstrate our decision on what our business wants to become in the future would be, “Bright Star Airways will be the airline transportation of choice for businesses, employees, as well as families, recognized nationally for the highest quality of customer service.” Keeping our word and focusing on our vision will allow individuals to see how our organization cares for our customers and how Bright Star Airways provides a wonderful line of work in our industry. Therefore, it will build our reputation, tremendously.
