In Many Countries Children Are Engaged in Some Kind of Paid Work. Some People Regard This as Completely Wrong, While Others Consider It as Valuable Work Experience, Important for Learning and Taking Responsibility.

In my traditional country, children are always taken care of their parents in all their life. Parents in my country always think that their children is usually young and they are not enough to work in social life thought they are over 22 years old. In developed countries, children are encouraged to do paid work in early. In my opinions, it is good opportunities for them to have more life experiences.

First of all, they will have more valuable occupation experience than other children. If they work early, they will know much more work evaluation, they can know how to communicate or work with others. For example, if they work as sellers, waiters or waitresses, they will contact with customers face to face, through telephones, so they always solve many daily events or eventualities in a labor day so they are usually flexible to solve unexpected problems in the best way for pleasure of their customers. In another example, when children have a job, they will work in a crowed people environment, so they can improve their communicate skill better. They will know much ways to work with groups, partners or coworkers and they will be more confident, that is one of causes to success.

Second, they will take responsibility in their life. When a person is engaged in some kind of paid work, they should try to complete their work with the best result. When she works well, she only gets high salary so she will have responsibility with it. In a long time, it will be a good habit for her. She will do all of her tasks carefully and she always try finish it in her best ways. Children not only have responsibility in their all works, they also have duty in the ways of spending money. They will think carefully before they spend money to something. They don’t waste their money what they earned hardly, so they can save it and use it in right ways such as earning money for study, travelling to have more knowledge, or so on.
