1. Product Strategy

Our product CONDELIER is perfect for home decorative and it is dressed with native raw materials and crystals. As of now, there are lots of different chandeliers that vary from sizes, shapes. But in our product they will buy it not only as appliances/display but also for it‘s useful and unique style. The unique selling proposition for our product is that its light can be replaced by any color they want. The client can change it by himself or we can change it for him. We can assure that our product has its own style and they might use it for parties.

2. PLACE STRATEGY

The place of our business is in Makati. We have chosen the location because it is accessible to the target customers, and many establishments are build nowadays. We can offer our products for the new opened building as their decorative. The clients can buy directly at our store and they can also contacts us or order it through online. The idea of putting up our business in this location is that the customers can easily buy with us and can easily communicate with our products.

3.PROMOTION STRATEGY

Promotion is used to obtain an increase in sales so with the help of modern technology like: Fliers/posters- by this, it is easily designed and printed in a few days’ time, and the results from the same are quick and can be easily monitored and It is cheaper to print. Using these services is easy as well, and any good printing company in your locality will be able to offer. Aside from fliers/posters we have website, we all know that internets are very common in our generation nowadays, the Clients can get information and ask queries about our company and products online. Through these promotional activities our company will be able to survive in the world of business.

4. PRICING STRATEGY

Pricing is an important strategic issue because it is related to product positioning.
