Nursing Process

Nursing process involves an approach related to resolving a problem in an organized manner and this approach engrosses data congregation, recognizing the competencies and requirements of the human adaptive system, choosing and executing approaches for nursing care, and assessing the result of care provided. The nursing process progresses and trails through the following steps,

1. Assessment of Behavior:

The first step involved in the nursing process would be behaviour assessment that involves data congregation about the behavior of the person as an adaptive system in each of the adaptive modes.

2. Assessment of Stimuli:

3. Nursing Diagnosis:

The next step of nursing process engrosses statement formulation that aim at interpreting data with reference to the adaptation standing of the person, which incorporates the behavior and most appropriate stimuli.

4. Goal Setting:

The fourth step of the nursing process is goal setting that entails the instigation of clear declarations of the behavioral upshots for nursing care.

5. Intervention:

The fifth step of the nursing process would be intervention oriented that engages process involved in the determination of arriving at the best ways to support the person in accomplishing the customary goals.

6. Evaluation:
