INTRODUCTION
1. The meaning of individual.
An individual is a person or any specific object or thing in a collection. Individuality (or selfhood) is the state or quality of being an individual; a person separate from other persons and possessing his or her own needs, goals, and desires. Being self expressive. Wants to be as independent as possible from society.
From the 15th century and earlier, and also today within the fields of statistics and metaphysics, individual meant "indivisible", typically describing any numerically singular thing, but sometimes meaning "a person." (q.v. "The problem of proper names"). From the seventeenth century on, individual indicates separateness, as in individualism.

2. The meaning of creative
Creativity means the state or quality of being creative, the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationship or the like, and to create meaningful new ideas, forms, methods, interpretations, etc.; originality, progressiveness, or imagination. Creativity also means the need for creativity inmodern industry; creativity in the performing arts and the process by which one utilizes creativite ability.

So, I conclude that creative individual is a person whose creative work shows sensitivity and imagination. The person also can create any new things or improve the old thing into a new one and people have benefit on his or her creativity. In addition, not all creative individual are intelligent people. This is mean that everyone can be creative person, just by the way they are.
