A. Nutrition

Lack of exercise, poor diet, being overweight, smoking and drinking can cause them to be high which can lead to stroke, heart disease, or even death.

When it comes to eating an Applebee’s 9oz house sirloin steak I myself would be cautious, it is a good source of iron, calcium, water, and vitamins b-12, and b-6.
