Introduction
One functional area of a human services organization is the client services area. Team D will be reviewing some web-based software’s that help provide exceptional customer service to clients within the human services organization. We will provide you with information that will help enhance the client services area within the organization. We will also examine the advantages and disadvantages of the software for client services and list any issues that may be related to choosing human services software packages. It is very critical that the organization chooses outstanding software when it comes to client services. If the organization does not have this basic tool or tools it would be difficult for them to succeed.
Enhancing Customer Service
The website for the Social Solutions Efforts to Outcomes (2012) discloses an array of solutions designed to improve customer service within the not for profit sector. The special features of this software organization are intended to assist not for profit organizations in providing customers with excellent services while minimizing cost, and adhering to regulations. The Social Solutions Efforts to Outcomes (2012) stated, “Traditional approaches to case management are inadequate for meeting the needs of program recipients in today’s social service environment” (High performance, para. 1). Two designs within this software company are Efforts to Outcome (ETO) Fundamentals and Efforts to Outcome Collaborative.
The Efforts to Outcomes Fundamentals software system has many features designed to enhance the service delivery to the participant.
