At the there are benefits types and services available for the children or child who receives the benefits that are available at this organization. There are numerous offices in the state throughout that provides individual one on one mentoring. One of the main goals of this organization is to help the children realize that they have potential and to help them build their futures and nurture children and strengthen their communities. The organization is funded by different partners such as, Government partners, Corporate Alliances, Community partners, Foundations, Advocacy partners, and Volunteers. Since the organization has these partners the organization is able to mentor and help children through the different programs such as, the Core Programs, Special Programs, and Program Events. These programs are based on one-to-one outings and activities, doing things they enjoy together, like: Taking a walk in the park, going to museums, or just hanging out talking. The benefits of this organization is to help the Youth in our communities needing assistance with them getting better grades, getting their confidence back, getting out of gangs if they are, getting off of drugs or alcohol if they are. This organization is here to focus less on specific problems after they occur, and more on meeting youth’s most basic developmental needs and getting on the correct path in life and staying on it the mentors are there to let them know that they can have a better life and future for them and they can do anything they want and be whatever they want to be. What matters the most to the children is not activities. It was the fact that having an adult figure who is willing to mentor them and being a positive role model in their lives because they have someone to confide in and look up to, since they are at a time in their lives that even small choices can change their path of their future.
