ARMOUR GARMENTS COMPANY

The owners of AGC should infuse additional funds to the company. The owner should take all the risks and compete in the marketplace. The Armour Garments Company must strive to succeed by any means necessary and try to build the best satisfaction for their customers. The company must meet the demands of the customers. Everything is innovating and so shall the company.

AGC could have avoided its loss. The company was only selling their manufactured goods only at the Divisoria. The company is only limited in selling their goods. They still keep on selling their goods in that place even though the middlemen are not loyal to the suppliers. If there are direct consumers, they should have sold some to them. Promotions strategy could have avoided such loss. Since the products of AGC are not on fashion anymore, advertisements will be a great help to promote their product. People tend to buy things that are widely known in public. Even though promotions strategy is another expense, it is worth taking the risk.

The deteriorated profits of AGC had introduced Blossom Brand, which is the same product quality but priced lower to match the competing products. The idea of the Blossom Brand was a bad move because it had sold more than the other two brands which is Armour and Marca Troca. The company should have just stayed with their premium quality brands, and instead of creating another brand which is exactly the same quality of their premium brands, the company should have coped up with the changing needs of the customers and should have been competitive enough to compete in the fierce price war at the marketplace. The company’s management was not very effective at that time.
