Part A

You can simply use this template for your individual paper. Administer seven self-assessments. Make a table that summarizes the results of the self-assessments and attach it as an appendix on the last page of this paper.

Discuss the overall picture of yourself using the results (not a simple, separated interpretation of each result, but an integrated description by alignment and comparison among individual results; e.g., many dimensions of the self-assessments may be closely related).

Identify three factors or reasons that you believe affected your team performance. Each reason should be justified explicitly by OB concepts/theories.

Leadership in My Team

Was there a clear leader in your team? If not, why? If so, what did cause you to believe the member was the leader? You have to answer to this question by theoretically justifying your position using “leadership” theories.

Part C

Select the one most significant OB theory that you learned from this course and thoroughly describe how it could be applied to your formal, current, or future position.

This assignment is designed to help you consolidate your understanding of OB as it applies to your own individual and group/team behavior. As a part of the assignment, you will have opportunity to consider how OB may apply in your current and future position. The paper should be 6-8 double-spaced, typed pages in length with 12 point font. Your table for Part A should be attached as an appendix on the 9th or 10th page.
