To me, I always had interest in recycling. Being able in turning unused items by adding a few touches where it becomes new. For my project, I would like to start a company where I can turn excess basic clothing into wearable and trendy garments to sell to the public. Leadership will indeed become our main focus because the leader’s guidance will lead us to obtain the mission and continuously keep the company’s vision grow to new heights. As we stand strong and become publicly known, then we know our business plan execution is a success. In the beginning of our journey, we strive to keep our pure project structure through brainstorming ideas and deciding which directional routes to follow in order to achieve the tasks. Then we apply the matrix structure which allows us to prioritize different jobs and completing them within a timeframe. Completing tasks requires an organized team to building the functioning structure. We selected a few talented members to represent the company and control the company operations. With a strong team, communication will be used to perform making sure it runs smoothly. They understand their job purpose and know what they can do to reach to their upmost potential to make the project deliverable and meet deadlines. If customers are happy, the company does well, employees will be benefited for their hard work.
