n Chinese the word “crisis” does not exist. It is represented by 2 ideograms - one

meaning “danger” and the other “opportunity”. This is the absolute crux of the

problem: how can a crisis be transformed into an opportunity? Our response? to

stimulate, ease its bottlenecks and expand innovation.

On the one hand the crisis has considerably reduced the field of vision for companies

who are having to focus today on short-term actions to navigate through this very

turbulent period. But on the other, preparations must also be made for the long-term.

So in other words the executive must map the route out of the crisis in a way that

prepares the agendas for tomorrow with innovation as an essential element.

Innovation is a structural value...
