Introduction

The project that I will be discussing throughout the course is AonHewitt Outsourcing Corp. I will give a brief summary of what AonHewitt and what type of groups and teams that is currently in place within the organization. I will also be covering the strengths and weakness of the group who are responsible for the decision making process and policies of AonHewitt as well as how can the process be improved that keeps the organization running smoothly making it one of the leading outsourcing companies in the world.
