To add a final conclusion to the information collected over the past four weeks by team D in researching the variance of wages among age, gender among other scenarios. Using descriptive statistics to analysis, measuring, and calculating the gap, concluded further review of several points to arrive to our team conclusion:

a) Education

b) Age

c) Gender

d) Experience

Considering each variable plays a role regarding why the variance in wages and the outcome of future opportunities; it was important the variables be measured to further understand how large the differences are. In computation of the confidence intervals; measurement of central tendencies to show a slight difference in median and trimmed mean, along with a positive skew that allowed Team D to conclude the most efficient measure of central tendency for the assignment. Through the testing of the above variables and assessment of the outcome in research, has proven the differences even in today among gender, age, education, and experience still exist.

The conclusion that was drawn from our paper is such that there are some very apparent determinants to employee wage levels, and it showed that, in order to achieve certain wage goals, the two most important aspects to keep in mind are education and experience, and the essential combination of them both. We have also determined that it would be extremely beneficial to have a larger sample to collect data from to analyze in order to fully answer the problem question. The confidence intervals calculated herein have proven that we would not have changed our conclusions outlined in the paper.
