We recommend that the company owner's should infuse additional funds capital to the company and should compete in a totally different marketplace at this time. A solution that we think that would help save the company is to re-release   the products of Marca Troca and Armour in other colors not just white to the market with a whole new identity of the brands. Since the products they are selling are limited in design, they should provide machines that can produce other kinds of clothes for an increase in the profit of the company. Everything is subject to change and we all know that. Maybe, this is the time for Armour Garments Company to step up to a new level of competition and strive for the company's success and the consumers' satisfaction. We think that Armour Garments Companys should provide other ways of promoting its product that can prove to its consumer the quality of the product. They should always find new ways in creating new designs for the product. We think that new designs can attract customers more easily. In addition they must design and develop new clothing of their own   and minimize the copying of other design from Hongkong. Also if they have already started modernizing their factory in the same period which will   increased their manufacturing of their products, they could have competed with the prices of their competitors and retained the wholesalers they have on Divisoria. They can put back the equity that it losses if they will expand more its line of business, such as creating other products that can fit to any season, any environment and to any fashion taste of any customer. Armour Garments Company could have avoided their loses if they invested in ventures in 60's when they still have positive sales on which this could have their preparation for the competition of other companies which was showing up during that period.  Through this methods they could possibly avoided the losses they have now.
