My Self-Assessment

I learned a lot of great things about myself after I finished my self-assessment tests. There are great qualities in me that I know employers will eager to know about. When it comes to my personality, I have an extraverted personality. This means that I’m someone who is very sociable, talkative, and assertive. A few more adjectives to describe my personality are good-natured, cooperative, calm, enthusiastic, dependable, and secure. I feel these are all good traits to have if you want to be an effective employee.

While doing my self-assessment tests I also found out that I’m a very politically oriented person with fundamental ethical standards. I don’t believe in order to get where you want to be in life you have to step on people, belittle them, or display any type of uncharitable behavior. These are all things that I think were taught to me by my mother. Being a charismatic leader is another one of my strong points. I have great management of meaning, trust, self, risk, and feeling. I pay close attention to people when I am communicating with them, and I have clear ideas about the relative importance of priorities.

There are still a few things that I can improve on, but for the most part I feel that I am a pretty well-rounded person. If I continue to show all the qualities in my tests I am certain that I will be able to find a job that appreciates me for all of my skills. I have set really high standards for myself, and I do not plan on failing.
