Our restaurant focuses on the guest being the sole reason we exist. If their dining experience was not the best, they will pass this along to others and this will hurt our business. We strive for our food to be the best quality possible, using fresh products from our local farmers and markets, and our mouthwatering desserts are made fresh daily. We will attend the local farmer’s market to provide samples and show the town people what they can do with the products from the local markets and help to educate as well as provide a wonderful dining experience. This will help to spread the word that we support the local economy and let people taste the food that we provide. We believe in the family and the importance of an enjoyable time out, we also know that times are tough right now and try very hard to keep our prices very reasonable, while still making a profit. By buying products local we are able to work out partnerships with local farmers to maintain a lower overhead and help to keep our cost down so that we can pass this on to our customers.

This portion is important because when you have a strong foundation with your guests, your business will flourish. When a person has a bad experience from anything, they will always spread this around more quickly than if they have a good one. But if you continue to provide a strong positive experience, they will continue to come back, and spread the word around very quickly.

To be able to provide fresh home cooked meals is so important, people today are trying to be more health conscious and the food just tastes much better without all the added junk.

On the weekends we offer live music ranging from; Blues to Jazz to Karaoke. Throughout the summer we will be a part of different fundraising programs for the local schools or other programs in the area. We will also provide special discount prices for special events such as;...
