SEC9: The state shall promote a just and dynamic social order that will ensure the prosperity and independence of the nation and free the people from poverty through the policies that provide adequate social services, promote full employment, a rising standard of living, and an improved quality of life for all

Article 2, section 9 says it all, that the state is devoted in giving its people the quality of life that they deserve. Free the people from poverty and enhance the quality of living of every family in the Philippines, so they say. Promises that are full of hope for the future and brightness of tomorrow that are very fulfilling to think about, promises that are like answered prayers words so sweet that it feels like a dream and when you look at the reality of things you wouldn’t want to wake up from that dream state you were in. Those promises are empty. Article 2 section 9 is a joke. They say promises are meant to be broken and this was just it. This promise of the state was broken a million times already. No matter how many generations pass in our government still there was no change.

It says that the state shall promote a just and dynamic social order, but would you call it just and dynamic when the state favours only the rich and neglects the poor? When the majority of the people in the Philippines are striving to survive in poverty and the state still neglects that. Its really unfair that those people with money are favoured because of their fame and fortune and they are used to get things done their way and sometimes innocent people get hurt and suffer from them still the state doesn’t give them justice. They let innocent people suffer from the mistakes of others especially if that mistakes were done by the elite ones. Its sad to realize that there is no justice in our country and that money is all that matters, how corrupted people had been because of greed and thirst for power.
