An Angel in Disguise

President Lincoln once aforesaid, "All that I am, or hope to be, I owe to my angel mother. I bear in mind my mother's prayers and that they have perpetually followed me. They have stayed with me all my life.” Undeniably mothers are angels. Although we frequently assume that mothers were sent to torment us, particularly in our teenage years when we would rather be hanging out with friends, instead of washing the dishes or do our chores. Our mothers became our support, not just of faith, but also our strength. Mothers might typically be misunderstood, but it does not mean that they do not know better. The warmth that mothers provide their children is so stimulating that individuals sometimes compare mothers' with angels.

My initial recollection of my mother is that of a very stunning face. For me she was the most beautiful woman alive. Even though she was unlike the high class mothers who wore stylish and costly garments, and went out to eat in fancy restaurants all the time, my mother was incredibly real. My mother for the most part was composed, peaceful, and calm: however, she was an intimidating adversary if you aggravated her. I cherished the way she would tenderly wipe my forehead for dampness when playing beneath the sizzling sun all day, not resenting the very fact that I smelled like an old pair of shoes. On the off chance that my brothers and I crossed my mother, those big blue eyes of her’s would squint in displeasure, and her mouth would tighten. When those eyes did start to squint, it suggests that I have done something wrong, typically to be followed up with “Keith Brian!” My mother never played favourites, but rather, she made it a point to be fair and equal among all her children. Whenever I made a blunder, mom would not hesitate to point it out to me, and chastise me if need be. Sometimes I hated it, but over time I came to understand that Mom did that because she only had my best interest at heart. However, she was not one...
