An article that covers the potential immediate and future health risks of children who are obese. In a well organized manner the authors begins by speaking about the increasing prevalence of childhood obesity while providing reasons as to why this is. They then move on to show a connection to obesity in children and being overweight later on in life. Further along in the authors finally arrive at what I feel to be extremely useful. They speak about preventative and treatment methods.

An insightful study about what childhood obesity actually is, the risks it implies and ways to fight against it. Although it does not focus primarily on genetics it does indeed discuss common known links between genetics and childhood obesity.
