Case Study : New To The Touche

• 1) The Multi touch technology come basically to introduce new ways of using touch to interact with software, devices and replace the traditional single touch in order to perform in a more fast and professional way . among the problems that multi touch technology came to solve is that a person is no more pressing buttons and turning scroll wheels or even striking keys to manipulate objects on a screen, nowadays we can finger whatever we want on a screen and perform special gestures with just our fingers, moreover multi touch technology and gestures are easier to use and to remember because they are based on ingrained human movements. Multi touch technology has special software that recognizes multiple simultaneous touch points as opposed to the single touch screen which recognizes only one touch point

• 2) Multi touch interfaces allows users to control everything using only fingers , very easy for everybody no matter how old even for kids in early grades can be useful . Users can quickly move back and forth several web pages by only swiping or placing fingers on the screen , they can also expand photos or shrink it , moving them rapidly or slowly , manipulate or make images on screen gestures designating commands without using cursors or scroll bars , move objects with a finger’s touch , quick to search while doing other things .

On the other hand Multi touch interfaces are more likely to face technical problems than the traditional mouse and need more concentration, because they go very quick when using fingers.

• 3) Elementary schools: the mutli touch technology is a very exciting and easy technology to introduce to kids in order.

Casinos: all the playing games would be much easier for users if they are a touch screen.
