EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This is the assignment that focuses on the PEST environmental factors that influence the function of a business. It will also deal with the uncertainty and all the other factors that tend to have an impact on the International Business decision-making behaviour regarding it. The following report shall include detailed environmental analysis of a country which has been chosen- South Korea. Possible opportunities and threats are identified in each area of the business environment. Detailed assessment of the costs, benefits, risks are given with the help of extensive research and sources which included journals, articles books, authentic government websites etc. Last but the least three marketing strategies are briefly explained in regard to the South Korean market structure, and economical situation.
