Human Relations Theory: Focused on the human relation: social, technical, informal, functional needs at work, more important how they work

* People at the expense of an organisation

Systems Theory: “organism – like a body”

Body can’t survive without influence from outside the body e.g. water, air, food, etc…

I.e. human breaths bad air-what would they be like cannot be seen, sees the whole thing if it was clean true context.

Contingency: “catch all theory” – relates to systems
