Individual Written Case Report easyInternetcafé Ltd. Candidates will read the article by Menachof, David A. and Tanmay Keida (2005), Logistics and Project Planning at easyInternetcafé Ltd., Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. (Note: this article is in Session 8 of your Logistics Reading Manual) Candidates will then write a case report on the easyInternetcafé case using the guidelines for written case reports found in the Written Case Report section of the Introduction and Overview. For further reference, a sample case, Fabritek, 1992, and a sample case report have been provided in the Appendix. The requirement for the written case report is: as Raj Chopra, analyze the operations at easyInternetcafé and provide your recommendations to the management team. Be sure to consider the pros and cons of each proposal presented in the case. Also, as you prepare your report, be sure to consider the questions at the end of the case. The written case report is worth 10% of the overall mark for this module, and should be handed in at the end of this Session. Refer to your Session Schedule for instructions on submitting this assignment for marking.
