Dear Mr. Jones:

This letter is a request for proposal to train our staff on the use of the following Microsoft Office Programs:

* Microsoft Excel

* Microsoft Power Point

* Microsoft Project

* Microsoft Outlook

We are developing a new team that would be in charge of developing reports and overseeing the whole call center operations. This team must know how to make reports, presentations, special projects and the usage of email at all times.

The team will consist of 12 individuals. The purpose of the Microsoft Office training is to enhance technical way of reporting and improve the cross communication between our customers and our employees. The team will be ready by Oct. 1st, 2012. All these individuals are new to our system and company but we want them to train first on the Microsoft programs and after we will jump them into our system and company concept.

The objective of the training is to train our new team members on the usage of different Microsoft Office programs to a higher level. Learn the newest technology on each program and implement them into our company.

ii. Require for this project
