I. General Overview

Company Description: T & M Healthcare Consultants is a young, small business consulting firm. It will gross $15 million in revenues this year. Founded three years ago by two partners, it has become a nationally known contender in the health industry. With professional health consulting in such areas as public health, corporate business’, and legal issues, it has grown 150% to accommodate the demands of growth while maintaining our professional standards. T & M Healthcare consultants must incorporate more trained office professionals.

Business Goal: In order for this firm to continue efficiently providing a growing number of consultations, it must increase the proficiencies of its staff with new software. To accomplish this T & M Consultants is updating its software from MS Office 2003 to MS Office 2010. To ensure a successful transition it must provide MS Office 2010 for all sixty office employees. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into an agreement with a training corporation to develop and conduct training for MSOP 2010 program to all 60 office employees.

II. Project Introduction

Project Goals:

1. The successful proposer will train 60 employees

* 25 expert users in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

* 20 mid level users in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point

* 15 new entry level users in MS Word and Excel

2. All employees must demonstrate proficiency in the use of MS Office 2010 by means of obtaining a passing score on the MS certification of Word, Excel, and Power Point

Time Allocation:

The training project is to begin on Sept. 29, 2014 and end on Dec. 1, 2014. Nine (9) weeks are allotted for completion of this project. 120 hours are allotted for each employee. 20 employees maybe out of the office for...
