Throughout the years, law enforcement officers have been in unethical events and the issues made the citizens of the community feeling they could no longer trust the officer. Because the past harbored the unethical matters, the images will forever be seen through the eyes of the citizens.
The issues of the past along with the racial issues, misuse of power and countless violations of individual’s civil rights are constant. Because of the unethical matters, law enforcement agencies are implanting a lasting impact within numerous minority communities.
