The purpose of this memorandum is to provide instruction and guidance on how Team B will maximize performance into new market segment. As we make the transition into this new market, we will reflect on the current status of the company, train for success, build on our personalities, skills and strengths, and issue instructions for future operations.

Situation: Team B is given the opportunity to break into a new market segment in order to expand the business, increase market customer base and maintain a competitive edge in the industry and stay ahead of the competition. Team B has a unique blend of experiences, talents, skills and personalities that will be useful in accomplishing our goals and objectives. In order to effectively maximize these experiences and skills, our plan will provide standard operating procedures, comprehensive training that includes on-the-job training to greatly enhance productivity potential of the team.

XXX – Will assume all duties as the team leader, and will oversee the entire operations and responsible in making sure that the team stays on track and meet daily goals, timelines to ensure progress in the right direction.
