Abortion and speech

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, Article 19 states that “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.” The right to freedom of speech and expression is closely related to other rights, and may be limited when conflicting with others rights. Abortion is a big topic that everyone not only has their own opinion but their own beliefs as well. In Alabama, a suit was filed to block abortion clinic-laws. Planned Parenthood and American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit in federal court to block a new Alabama law that would force three of the states five abortion clinics to shut down.

My own belief is that I so not believe in abortion. With that being said I believe that every woman should be able to decide for themselves and not have any interference. Yes killing those poor babies is wrong, Yes we do not believe in that, but what we fail to realize is that we are not doing it, they are. Everyone has their own right to voice their opinions, but when they try to stop them is when we are trying to take away that persons freedom, their right. There are ways to stop abortions from happening without interfering. Other laws should be passed to stop these women to having constant assess to abortion clinics when they are not doing anything to stop themselves from getting pregnant in the first place.

I believe special circumstances should be given. Like a woman who was raped or a little girl taken advantage of. Even that teenager who did not know what they were doing to get pregnant. Accidents do happen, No one is perfect, but accidents do not have to continue to happen over and over. If you get pregnant and you do not want to have kids maybe it is time to get your tubes tied.
