INTRODUCTION
Time is rapidly moving, we can see improvements for almost everything, the world has continue to move forward, for development,and we have move with it. Human beings become more and more intelligent that day by day, they keep on arriving for an easier way of living.
Many times, we have proven how computers had helped us make our work easier. almost all of us do use computer in our respective fields. computers is really making profound changes in our lives and we most survive. The key is, of course, computer literacy-awareness, knowledge, and interaction. We cannot turn back the clock, nor would we want to. we must continue to march forward with computer.
Every now and then, students pass-by the library, we all know what's inside the library. Most libraries, specially now, are all advanced in technology. They offer computerized borrowing of books, computerized card catalog (for easier searching for books ),systematic inventory of books and many more.
Now, the Academic Resource Center of UPHSD Calamba Campus lacks those characteristics of a modernized library system, although they use the computerized/systematic card catalog. The present status of the UPHSD library are as follows:
1) Systematic Card catalog
2) Manual system of lending books.
3) Manual inventory of books.
4) Manual monitoring of unreturned books and their return time/date.
With this program, the E-Library Management , the user will be able to keep all the library members in a database in terms of ID number, name, age, class, division and date. All book specifications (such as ID, book title,...
