Introduction

A business analyst is person of importance who analyzes the existing businesses that includes design of systems, including businesses, departments, and organizations. BAs also assess business models and their integration with technology. Business analyst plays an important role in businesses, as an internal consultancy role that has responsibility for investing business system and ensure that their needs are identified" establishing options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use Information technology.
