“BINGO”

BINGO

Event Description:

A round table event designed to allow students the opportunity to learn more about unique fields of pharmacy. Students get a chance to talk and interact with 8 pharmacists representing different areas of practice.

Funding:

Prizes were sponsored by Francis Fashion, Ansa Mcal and New Era Travel Services.

Participants Invited:

The group members were asked to sell their BINGO cards to as many people as they can and invite them to come out on the 19th April to play their cards.

Event follow-up:

The event went really well. Facilities came in at 3:00pm to arrange the cafeteria in theater style. Participants began rolling in at 4:30. The event started at 4:45. Hostess Alyssa Ramcharan set up at the head table with the prizes and began to call out the BINGO numbers as soon as the participants were settled in their seats and ready to scratch some numbers. We had a couple of late comers to the BINGO but they eventually caught up. At 5:15, we had our 1st prize winner Mellisa Franco winning the Two Return tickets to Tobago, 5 minutes after we had our 2nd Place winner Nerissa Blackman winning the voucher from Francis Fashion and 10 minutes after our 3rd place winner emerged Salisha Ali-Clarke won the hamper from Ansa McAL. We thanked everyone for coming out and supporting and took pics of the winners.
