Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to see whether social media recruiting strategy is effective or not under the perspective of Mobilink. It is observed that various international companies are using social media recruitment strategy now days but in Pakistan this strategy is using by some companies one of them is Mobilink. We will discuss in this study the importance and effectiveness of this strategy for Pakistani companies to enhance their hr strategies and recruit talented human resource with the cost effective and time saving benefits. Social Recruiting includes Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Google+ and Company blogs etc. Mobilink is using the Social Recruiting very effectively.
