CONTENT:                                      

WHAT the Team is Doing—The Tasks

The team is working on 3 things for the Water Droplet Exchange:

1.     Business model

2.     How to incentivize parties (prospective partners and customers) to join in the sharing process (sharing problems and solutions around the water issue)

3. How can we resolve issues surrounding safety in terms of protection of Intellectual Property and such

WORK PROCESS:                         

HOW the Team Manages the Work

The team will meet to plan out work, roles will be defined and the work would be delegated equally amongst all members. The team would regroup to discuss and compile the work done by each member.

                      

Goals, Deadlines, Deliverables

A standing weekly meeting is set up (Thursday from 13:30 to 3:30 pm) to discuss progress, and deliverables for that week as well as set up realistic deadlines for the next task at hand

Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership roles are to be rotated every 2 weeks in BCAP. Responsibilities of the leader is to play facilitator role, making sure tasks are moving along and resolving conflict, as well as delegating tasks to the rest of the team.

The rest of the team will assume supportive roles in which each member is assigned a task for the week. And every 2-3 members are able to pair up on a task when necessary.

Work Plans (calendar)

A standing weekly team meeting is set up (Thursday from 13:30 to 3:30 pm).

Meetings with Mike will be scheduled as needed, as well as meetings with companies involved in the project and Fred and Ian from The Water Droplet team. Refer to MOU for exact dates and timeline.

Decision Mechanisms

Decisions will be discussed in the group and disagreements need to be justified within a certain time frame and if no agreement is reached we will take a majority vote regarding the issue.
