Primary and backup thinking styles

My primary thinking style is Constructive style, with me scoring the highest in two areas (Achievement and Self-actualizing). I couldn’t agree more with the findings of LSI it couldn’t be more right. My focus has always been on achieving excellent results and that we make our own path in life as well as get what we put into it. My job and what I do is rewarding and when every I feel that it doesn’t feel that way I change what I’m doing to improve that until it feels that way again.

My secondary thinking skill was Aggressive/ Defensive style, this works well with Constructive style in achieving my overall goals in life. Competitiveness and Achievement are important and work well together by setting goals to achieve then the competiveness to complete it first and correct.

Limiting style:

In looking at the limited style of Passive/Defensive Style and think that some people are very passive aggressive and they will do what is told of them and not ask questions. For some cases this may be ok if you are given a directive that requires you to not venture off course and do step by step then this is something I could work on is not changing things up to make it fun or cutting corners to help speed up the process. Being in the Medium is fine in this area as I would not want to be high in the passive/defensive style. So what I’m saying is there is not much I would change about this area. (Add something you would change)
